Vacança is a project focused on the creation of value and the activation of spaces. Born in Dénia in 2023, its mission is to acquire and promote properties through their transformation and diversification into different lines of business.
We are dedicated to acquiring and recovering spaces on the Costa Blanca and turning them into new road maps full of possibilities, combining environment with emotion. Each property has the opportunity to write a new chapter in the territory, giving a new meaning to what others have forgotten.
