This cozy boutique hotel is located in a privileged area, just in front of the Real Club Náutico de Dénia, a few meters from the center and the beaches. It revives the spirit of the historic Mar-Bella Hotel, the first hotel in Dénia, with a renovated proposal full of character. It has 12 fully equipped boutique apartments, with kitchen, living room and luxury finishes. All share a cozy pool, a relaxation area and a terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean environment.

The design has been carried out by the team of TO DO architects, while the interior design has been the work of Monica Fullana, who has taken care of every detail to create a comfortable and unique room.
